Required Experience

• 3-5 years of professional experience as an I.T. Business Analyst
• Experience eliciting and writing requirements, and creating use cases, test scenarios, and process maps for web applications
• Wireframe creation with MS Visio or similar product
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills; ability to think of creative solutions
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple assignments at once

Preferred Experience

• Experience collaborating with developers to determine feasibility and approach, and QA to ensure requirements are fully tested after development
• Exposure to guiding stakeholders through the UA process
• CBAP or CCBA certified
• User interface design ability
