VISANOW Celebrates Immigrant Heritage Month

Posted by PJohnson on Jun 17, 2015 9:30:27 AM

June is Immigrant Heritage Month and VISANOW is joining the nationwide celebration. The holiday was founded last year by nonprofits Welcome.us and FWD.us, which are dedicated to promoting immigration and tech communities in the U.S., respectively.

All month long, people around the country will share their personal immigration stories and how they’re keeping their cultural traditions alive here in the U.S.

Each day VISANOW’s immigration attorneys, client managers, account executives, and other team members work hard in assisting foreign nationals with their visa and green card applications. It’s a truly rewarding experience to play a part in helping people achieve their lifelong dreams of immigrating to the land of opportunity.

In recognition of Immigrant Heritage Month, members of our customer support team shared insight into their cultural roots and revealed what the word “immigration” means to them.
